Refreshing and simple
For a refreshing, simple dinner combine cooked black beans (do not use canned black beans–they are too soft and lack the taste needed for this simple dish) with diced avocado, salsa, fresh squeezed lime and a pinch or two of Mountain Mama’s Gritty Herb Mix.
Serve with a salad of mixed greens.
Offer guests fresh Mandarins for dessert.
